A wellbeing studio that respects your time
Mirelle is a quiet-luxury wellbeing publication. We turn the research on self-awareness and practical access into calm, dignified reading for people who do not have a spare hour.
Started on a quiet belief
We began Mirelle in 2019 on the idea that good information should be easy to find and easy to trust. Wellbeing writing too often shouts. We wanted the opposite: a calm, considered register that treats the reader as capable and busy.
So we kept two lanes and went deep on both. The research on self-awareness, and the practical guidance people actually need to access support. Everything is read twice, sourced properly, and revisited when the facts move.
No sponsors steering the copy, no engagement bait. If a piece does not genuinely help you, it does not get published.
Our promise
Calm is not the absence of rigour. It is rigour made readable.
Four principles, no exceptions
Evidence
Every practice we recommend traces back to published research, not a wellness trend.
Calm
Plain language, the point up front, and room to breathe. You should never need a second read.
Dignity
Access guidance written with respect, never clinical and never condescending.
Independence
Reader-first, not sponsor-first. If it does not help you, it does not get published.
A small desk, on purpose
Few enough that a real person reads everything before it reaches you, and after you write back.
Renata Voss
Sets the editorial register and reads every lead piece twice before it ships.
Caleb Ihediwa
Tracks the primary literature so a claim never reaches you without a source behind it.
Soraya Pell
Answers every question and correction in person. There is no queue and no bot.
